Rotten or damaged crawls pace door?
I recently had to rebuild a rotten crawl space access door for a customer who had issues with pest entering the crawl space due to the rotten door boards as well as a rotten door frame. Also the door did not shut properly anymore.
For this house I had to design and build a new access door from scratch. Furthermore i had to come up with a mechanism to hold the door in place, because the natural gas line was running through the open and it made it impossible to use hinges to attache the door.
